Arrive In Leh, Tour Briefing And Acclimatization
Arrive In Leh. You Will Be Received And Escorted To Your Hotel By Our Representative. Complete Rest Is Suggested For The First Day. It Is Important For You To Get Acclimatized So That You Can Enjoy The Rest Of The Days Without Any Problem. Overnight At Hotel.
Excursion Of Sangam, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara And Hall Of Fame.
Today We Will Go On A Day’s Excursion To Sangam, The Confluence Of The Indus And Zanskar Rivers. We Will Make A Stop At Magnetic Hill On The Way. On Our Way Back To Leh We Will Visit Pathar Sahib Gurudwara And Hall Of Fame, A Museum Maintained By The Indian Army Showcasing The Military History In Ladakh. In The Evening We Will Visit Shanti Stupa For Sunset View Of Leh Town. Overnight At Hotel.
Drive From Leh To Nubra Valley.
Today after breakfast we will start our drive to Nubra Valley, crossing over one of the highest motor-able roads in the world, Khardungla Pass (18380ft). From Khardungla Pass we can see the beautiful villages dotted along the Indus River on the Leh side and the mighty mountains of the East Karakoram belt on the Nubra side. We will make stops at all viewpoints along the beautiful route. En route, we will visit Deskit Monastery and the highest statue in Ladakh- Maitreya Statue. In the evening visit the Sand Dunes at Hunder. Optional Camel Safari at the sand dunes. Overnight at Hotel/Camp.
Hunder- Turtuk – Hunder.
Today we will go on a day’s excursion to Turtuk Village. This pristine village on the border towards Pakistan was once a part of Pakistan and later annexed by India. Turtuk is known for its scenic beauty and for its different and unique Balti culture. We will drive back to Hunder in the evening. Overnight at Hotel/Camp.
Nubra Valley- Pangong Lake.
Today we will drive from Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via the Shayok route. This newly opened route along the Shayok River is one of the most fascinating drives in Ladakh. The serenity and tranquility of Pangong Lake will mesmerize you in every aspect. Enjoy a nice walk along the Lake in the evening. Overnight at Camp/Resort.
Pangong Lake – Leh.
In the morning we are at leisure to explore the beauty of the Lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh via Changla Pass. Reach Leh by lunch so that you can have some time in the evening to grab some souvenirs for your friends/family back home. Overnight at Hotel.
